The Window of Dreams is a donation made by Tecnoglass, one of the most important companies in the country that manufactures in Barranquilla.
• The lighthouse, in addition to being a tourism marker, also has a ray of light that has a range of 35 kilometers and that will be able to see the ships that make their transit between the Caribbean ports at the height of Bocas de Ceniza, where the Magdalena River ends, and the entrance to the navigable channel of the port of Barranquilla.

In its construction, nearly 8,000 screws were used to assemble the metal structure where 25 tons of aluminum are fixed for the floating façade that supports the glass. The work was built in a record time of 8 months thanks to the tireless work of 130 workers.
